Role Overview

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our talent operations supporting recruiters, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. You’ll work closely with our recruitment and business teams to keep processes efficient, communications clear, and everything running smoothly. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of information and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process scheduling interviews, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings across platforms.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers in pipeline management and reporting.
  • Draft and format client and candidate-facing documentation (CVs, job briefs, offer letters).
  • Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help streamline operations.
  • Manage initial candidate screening and pre-qualification when required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and MS/Google Workspace tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and MS/Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Bonus: experience with international recruitment or staff augmentation setups.
