Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and presenting SaviorHire’s recruitment and staff augmentation services. You’ll collaborate with leadership to shape proposals, pitch clients, and expand into new markets.

• Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and understand client needs.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and service decks.
• Work closely with recruiters to align talent delivery with client expectations.
• Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and generate regular sales reports.
• Contribute to developing market-entry strategies and partnerships.
• Represent SaviorHire at industry events and online communities.

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, staffing, or tech industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, or Spanish) are a plus.
